Naadi uzhichil therapy or chikitsa is a part of massage therapy segment of Kalarimarma in which kalari masters uses their finger tips to massage. It is helpful to resolve the physical exhaustion, to improve the distribution of various fluids to joints and bones, to resolve the inanimate condition of skin, to remove the toxins of blood through the excretory organs, to improves the air passages related to the nerves and to enhance the youthfulness of body. It is also helpful to resolve the swelling, trembling sensation, weakness, exhaustion, injuries, tumors etc related to various nerves. The determination of naadiuzhichil therapy is finalized by Gurukkal or kalari master depends upon the body frame and conditions of the patient.
